Current Music: Franz Schubert - Symphony No. 5 in B flat major

Current Mood: Tired
So, I really should be asleep, but I've been spending the last few hours digitizing my exciting new music purchases.
I had a session of stake conference this evening at the Provo Tabernacle. After which Josh picked up Courtney and me and we went to his place for a bit. Brady was antsy and wanted a trip to Walmart, so we went. I remembered that I had wanted something from Walmart and remembered that it was that Classical/Romantic period music could be purchased for cheap. We've just finished the Classical and Romantic periods in History of Creativity and I really, really like the Romantic period music and I also like a lot of the Classical stuff. I already knew this, but didn't know the specific periods, or the specific composers that I liked most. Now I generally do. I love Mozart and Beethoven's later works. I think Bach is pretty good too, and then there are a myriad of others that have some good stuff: Stravinsky, Tchaikovsky, Strauss (son), Vivaldi, Mendelssohn, Liszt, Chopin, Haydn, Wagner, The Handful.... Anyways, I picked up 3-disc sets each of Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart for $6 each. I also picked up 2 2-disc compilations of Classical/Romantic era music for $6 each. I could listen to it for a long time to come...
